We get it. Sometimes a project looks a bit different in your head than it does on the bathroom floor. Whether you have grabbed the wrong colour caulk or the job isn't coming up quite as mint as you hoped, we are here to help you get it sorted without the stress. Here is the lowdown on how we handle returns and refunds.

Change of mind or wrong gear

If you have ordered the wrong tool or realised that "Arctic White" definitely does not match your tiles, we can offer you store credit to get the right gear. To be eligible for this, the items must be sent back to us within 30 days of delivery.

The catch is they have to be in 100% original, sellable condition. If a tube of sealant has been snipped or a tool has been used to scrape out old grout, we cannot take it back. You will also need to cover the cost of shipping it back to us.


If the results aren't what you expected

DIY is a skill, and sometimes the first go is a bit of a shocker. If you have used our kit and you are unhappy with the finish you have achieved, we are not going to just leave you hanging.

While we cannot refund used consumables like open tubes of caulk, we can offer you store credit for the value of the materials. More importantly, we will jump on a one on one coaching session with you. We will look at what went wrong, tweak your technique, and make sure you have the confidence to get it right on the next pass.

Faulty or damaged goods

If something arrives busted or the sealant is actually faulty from the factory, that is on us. Get in touch as soon as you spot the issue. We will either replace the item or give you a full refund, and we will cover the return shipping costs in these cases.


How to start a return

Drop us a line with your order number and a couple of photos if you are struggling with your results. We will have a chat and work out the best way to move forward, whether that is a return, a credit, or some over the shoulder coaching.
