The DIYers Shipping & Delivery

We know that when you have a weekend project lined up, the last thing you want is to be staring at a half-finished bathroom waiting for a courier. We aim to get your gear out the door and into your hands as fast as possible so you can get stuck in.

Getting it to your door

We charge a flat shipping rate for most orders to keep things simple. If you are stocking up and your order hits $130 or more, the shipping is on us.

We generally get orders picked, packed, and onto the truck within 24 to 48 hours of you hitting the buy button. Once it is with the courier, we will flick you a tracking number so you can keep an eye on its progress.

Where we ship

We ship Australia-wide. If you are in a major city, you can usually expect your kit within a few business days. If you are out in the sticks, it might take a little longer for the postie to reach you, so please factor in an extra bit of lead time for those remote jobs.

Authority to leave

By default, we give our couriers "Authority to Leave" the parcel in a safe place. Most of our customers are on the tools or at work during the day, and this saves you a trip to the local depot. If you have a specific spot that is hidden from the street, feel free to leave a note on your order.

P.O. Boxes and Parcel Lockers

Because we are shipping tools and sealant, some of our courier partners have restrictions on P.O. Boxes. If we can't get your order to a box, we will get in touch to grab a residential or business address to make sure the delivery goes through smoothly.

If things get messy in transit

We pack our kits to survive the trip, but every now and then a courier can be a bit heavy-handed. Since we are dealing with tubes of caulk and sealant, there is a small chance a seal could pop if a heavy box ends up on top of it.

If your delivery arrives and it looks like a tube has leaked inside the box, do not break the individual product seals. Take a photo of the mess immediately and send it through to us. This helps us take it up with the shipping company and get a fresh replacement out to you straight away.
