Important

This is a polyurethane sealant.

It is stronger and more elastic than acrylic gap filler, but it is not designed for paint-prep interior trim work.

For standard skirting and plasterboard prep, use interior acrylic gap filler.
For wet areas requiring mould resistance, use a dedicated silicone.
