Single Tube - Exterior Sealant – Sikaflex® PRO

This is a professional-grade, elastic polyurethane sealant designed for exterior joints and high-movement areas.

We use Sikaflex® PRO because it handles real movement, real weather and real structural gaps, without cracking or failing.

It’s a one-component, moisture-curing sealant built for concrete, masonry, fibre cement, and demanding environments.

What Does It Do For Me?

It seals the gaps that actually move.

This sealant:

• Handles joint movement up to ±25%

• Seals exterior expansion and perimeter joints

• Bonds to concrete, fibre cement, brick, timber, and masonry

• Withstands weather, heat and moisture

• Stays flexible instead of going brittle

If you’ve got larger gaps internally or anything exposed outside, this is the right product.

We also recommend it for bigger internal gaps as part of our Big Gap Kit, where standard acrylic just won’t cut it.

Important

This is a polyurethane sealant.

It is stronger and more elastic than acrylic gap filler, but it is not a paint-prep interior filler. For standard skirting and plasterboard prep, use our interior acrylic gap filler.

For wet areas requiring mould resistance, use a dedicated silicone.
