The Big Gap Box Kit is built for those "weird and not-so-wonderful" spaces that standard filling just can't fix. We’re talking about skirting boards sitting on warped timber floors, window frames that have pulled away from the plaster, or those awkward voids left behind after a cabinet install.

This kit takes our proven filling system and adds the missing link: 10metres of 6mm closed-cell foam backing rod. You push this foam into the deep cracks first to create a solid backstop. This stops the filler from falling into the void, prevents sagging, and stops it from cracking six months later.

Once the rod is in, it’s business as usual: Clean the surface with Prep-It, apply the filler, and use the Smooth-It spray and applicator for a finish that looks like it was done by a pro, not a patch-up job.
