Exterior joints move and cop full weather exposure. Standard interior filler won’t last out here.

That’s why this kit uses heavy-duty, paintable polyurethane sealant designed for movement, UV exposure and long-term durability.

Built For Aussie Conditions

The included polyurethane:

• Flexes with expansion and contraction

• Handles sun and weather

• Bonds to common exterior materials

• Can be painted once cured

Proper Prep = Proper Seal

Exterior frames are dirty. Dust, oxidation and grime stop sealant from bonding properly.

This kit includes:

• 500ml Prep-It to clean and prepare surfaces

• 500ml Smooth-It to tool sticky polyurethane cleanly

• Applicators for shaping a watertight joint

Polyurethane can drag and tear without the right lubricant. Smooth-It keeps the bead clean and consistent.

What About Deep Gaps?

For larger or deeper joints, we recommend adding closed-cell foam backing rod (available as an optional add-on).

Backing rod:

• Controls sealant depth

• Prevents overfilling

• Reduces product waste

• Improves long-term performance

Not every joint needs it, but for big, deep gaps, it’s the right way to do the job.
