Built For Exterior Repairs

Outdoor gaps aren’t like internal paint prep.

They need a sealant that can flex and last.

This kit gives you the correct system to clean, apply and finish exterior polyurethane sealant without the mess.

Designed For Polyurethane

Exterior poly is strong and flexible, but it’s also sticky and unforgiving if you don’t tool it properly.

That’s why this kit includes:

• Prep-It to clean off outdoor grime and improve adhesion

• Smooth-It to tool polyurethane cleanly without dragging

• A proper smoothing tool to create a consistent joint profile

No dish soap. No finger marks. No sagging mess.

What About Deep Gaps?

If your exterior joint is deep, we recommend adding closed-cell foam backing rod (available as an optional add-on).

Backing rod:

• Controls joint depth

• Prevents overfilling

• Reduces sealant waste

• Improves long-term performance

It’s not required for every job, but for larger gaps, it’s the right way to do it.
